Hello! I am Catriona Dejean.

With over 20 years of experience strengthening evidence, strategy and learning across Christian and non-profit organisations, I have worked at Executive and Board levels to shape culture, guide decision-making, and deepen mission impact. I bring a blend of impact measurement and organisational development expertise, alongside a strong network of academic, funder and sector partnerships that fuel thought leadership and collaborative innovation. I’m known for building prayerful, values-led teams and helping organisations grow their spiritual and social impact through insight, partnership and courageous, purpose-driven leadership.

I am a Fellow of the RSA, a Leadership Fellow at St George’s House, Windsor Castle, and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
